Organizations wishing to support and partner with Cabo Verde Children project should submit an overview and mission statement of the organization and a brief statement on how it benefits the children of Cabo Verde around the world.

Ondas di Mar di Furna is a non-profit organization that operates exclusively for charitable purposes to meet the needs of the poor, the distressed, and the underprivileged children and elderly in the small fishing village of Furna, Brava, and the common welfare of Capeverdean community of New England. The organization has actively support children with school materials and financial assistance to family that suffer loss of loved ones.

Ondas di Mar di Furna continues to raise funds to fulfill two other project objectives:

1. Provide Life Jacket for every fisherman in the village. Every year the village mourns the loss its citizens due to ocean tragedy. A life jacket could provide them a lifetime opportunity to return to their family and assure that children grow in a parent family.

2. Provide an ambulance to serve the population of Furna. The village is remotely located 5 miles from the town of Nova Sintra and in most cases there are no transportation for the children, elderly, the sick and the needy.
